evolution

First off, I’ll just preface this by saying that I’m a Gemini.  Haha! I feel like I am a hybrid of both a leader and a follower.  It really depends on what the issue or topic is about.  

All day long, I’m a take-charge kind of person because I have a lot of responsibility and a team that depends on me.  After work, I get executive decision-making fatigue and I am more than happy to let someone else take the lead.  

When it comes to going on vacations, I dislike doing all the planning (getting the hotels, airplanes, uber, and activities booked).  Any events that need to be planned are not my cup of tea.  But if you want to talk about workflows, triaging, brainstorming, and enforcing things, then I am the one for this job.
