Overall, I thought it was a great experience. Luckily, I had an Asian woman give me tips and guide me on applying makeup differently than I’ve done in the past. I do think that I will incorporate some of the techniques that I learned, especially if I’m doing a smoky eye look and using a lip mask. I fell in love with the lashes that she put on me. It was already cut and it looked wispy.
I think I’m just not used to doing that look because it just seems like a lot of makeup and I keep my eye makeup looking pretty basic, relying heavily on eyeliner with wings and intermittent use of faux lashes.
Most of the products I have already, it’s just a matter of applying them differently.
I have a handful of friends who are going aggressive with their skincare and I’m here for it. I just purchased the booster pro and I can already see the benefits of it.
Side note, I’ve been on the search for this sweet potato bread at H-Mart but to no avail. Belle and I went to two different H-Marts and Zion and didn’t find it. Maybe we’ll have better luck next time. Instead, I indulged in honey cheese pancakes and bought fresh black sesame injeolmi. Which is also one of my favorite treats.
